The practice nurse will be pleased to offer advice on general health matters for patients who intend to travel abroad. Information is available for recommended vaccinations, all of which can be arranged at the surgery (with the exception of Yellow Fever).

Please ask at reception for a Foreign Travel Form and return it at least 6 weeks prior to travel. Our receptionist will advise you on when to contact us for further advice or to arrange an appointment if required.

Please Note: Not all vaccinations are available on the NHS. Anti-malarial are issued on a private prescription.
